30 day shred

Hello all- I keep seeing posts about results on the 30 day shred-

Can anyone explain the workout to me?

What supplies (eights, mats, fitness bands etc) do you need?

Did you do this as your only workout, or in addition to other exercises?

I go to boot camp 2-3 times a week, and run/walk several days as well- do you recommend adding the 30 day shred into that type of routine?

    It's 3 circuits that involve 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of abs. With warm up and cool down its about half an hour. I lost inches but not pounds doing just that, but paired with bike rides a couple times a week or some other workout.

    I used 3 lb weights initially, but now am using 8 lb weights. Also a mat if working out on a hard floor.
