Just made the yummiest sandwich for lunch, so much flavor and only 390 calories, and includes carbs, protein, and some veggies! Between two pieces of ultra light rye bread I smeared some soft goat cheese, added some salsa (a nice gourmet kind, I used Jack's Special salsa in medium, I don't think something like Tostitoes salsa would have done the trick), some pre-cooked lean chicken breast, sliced thin, and some greens of choice (spinach, aragula, etc... I used a field greens and herbs mix). Layer ingredients between the rye bread, and put on a sandwich press - I uses the George Foreman grill. It was simple, not a lot of ingredients, but had so much flavor! Had to share.

soft goat cheese - 70 cal
chicken breast - 110 cal
greens - 20 cal
salsa - 20 cal
