I'm 22 years old and have a 2 month old, beautiful, baby girl named Autumn. I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with my amazing girlfriend and baby's mama Christine Dyck. I work at the Safeway warehouse as an order picker so I am running around stacking cases of various grocery products all day, and though this is intense physical activity, poor eating habits and neglecting of specific muscle groups has brought me down to less than my prime. I hope myfitnesspal will help me to eat better and work out more. I'd like to talk to people on this site and swap ideas for workouts and recipies. My girlfriend really likes this site and I think I'll like it too!

    Thanks for the add! I think you'll like the site. There are plenty of topics to choose from in the "community" on workouts and recipes, and even just chit chat. Everyone is really supportive, too. I've never had a weight loss or physical achievement go unnoticed.
