90 Day Challenge (starts April 1)

Start Date: 4/1/2011
End Date: 6/30/2011
3 MAJOR GOALS
Goal 1: Complete at least 30 minutes of physical activity on a daily basis. 7x per week.
Goal 2: Give up junk food 2x per week. No Soda (including diet), chips, cookies, candy etc.
Goal 3: Can be any personal goal you want. For example, my goal is to run at least 1 time per week for 20 minutes.(I can’t run at all!! It is extremely hard.) You can switch this goal throughout the challenge. This goal can be changed on a weekly basis.
Within this 90 day timeframe, I am hoping to drop at least 30 lbs, if not more
We will Check-In once every 2 weeks.
Check In dates are below:
04/15: Post you starting weight, and your personal goal.
04/29: Post you starting weight, and your personal goal.
05/13: Post you starting weight, your current weight, and your personal goal.
05/27: Post you starting weight, and your personal goal.
06/11: Post you starting weight, and your personal goal.
06/25: Post you starting weight, end weight, your personal goal, and the total amount of weight you lost.
You will only record your starting weight on 04/15, your current weight on 05/13 and your ending weight on 06/25.
I am looking for a group of maybe 20-25 MFP’ers.

I'd love to be in. Giving up diet soda 2 days a week and getting up at 4:00a.m. for the next month (we're moving) will be a killer, but if you hold me accountable I could do it.0

You've probably already thought of this, but once there is enough interest, you should set up a group. Then we can join the group to help keep everyone motivated and to post our goals.0

I already had that goal in my mind for the time frame my birthday is April 30th and for my birthday I wanted to give myself a present of 30lbs lost if I can do that I dont remeber is any recent history weighing that amount and how cool to start a new year of life with a new weight and new me. I would love to join this challenge.0
