Average Aiming for Better

Hello
Here's a long introduction:
I'm new to the forums section of MFP and have been using the ipad app for about 5 months now. I have been calorie counting as a habit for the past 4 years unconsciously.
I'm 5'4'' weighing 119lbs with a small body frame. That being said. I KNOW and understand that I am average. Thus the tittle.
I am not overweight nor underweight, just average. However, I have never been truly "fit" and have always had the typical goal of wanting abs and being fit, being happy with my own physical appearance. So I am hoping that this here will help motivate me to stick to my goals and actually REACH it. My goal has been unreached for way too long now.
GOALS:
I do not aim for weight loss as I know there is no need(although losing some wouldn't be bad at all), but I definitely want to lose the excess body fat that I have. Wanting to drop down to about 20% as I currently am at 24-25% roughly.
WEAKNESSES:
I know what to do and how to reach my goals but actually putting it into action is what makes it HARD.
I love carbs... and I do not put enough effort into it, well, I will for the first few weeks.
I tend to justify my diet for the amount of exercise that I will do. Not good.
There are more but for now, this is enough ^^;;
PLANS:
Workout 5-6x per week(Doing the 30 day shred again.. hopefully I won't get too bored and cardio)
Eat clean, avoid temptations but I guess cheats are allowable if I can keep it under control
Start jogging again!
