I'm new-getting knee replacement

I'm trying very hard to lose what I can before my total knee replacement on July 14.

    Welcome. Just jump right into a discussion or make a thread with a question you may have. There are a lot of really helpful ppl on this site.

    You can do this, just look around and see what ppl have accomplished with a little help from their friends.

    And-I am so sorry you must have a knee replacement sx, that must cause you such pain.
