Hi I'm not entirely new - I added this app on my phone a long time ago briefly used it and then got bored not realizing there was a whole website and forums etc. My husband and I recently decided to have a contest to see who can lose more weight with a friend of ours so we all signed up to start using MFP.
I did great the first couple of weeks but am now starting to eat more than my calories allow and not excercising enough- any tips on how to get back on target when you feel yourself giving up?
I want to lose about 20-25 lbs I had lost 7 but have gained back 3 in the last few days
