You both look amazing! This was just the little bit of motivation I needed today. I just started training for my first 5k. Still have a ways to go before I see your kind of results but it's nice to see that it's possible.

As of Saturday, I've lost 100 pounds! This was especially awesome because it was my son's second birthday. He, on the other hand, has gained 15 pounds between these pictures. Watch him grow, watch me shrink

Since you boosted, I feel like I should upgrade this post since it's an oldie I always love seeing updates on these threads, knowing that changes are "sticking" for people.

Right before I made this post, I ran my first 7k. Last week I ran my first half marathon!

When I posed this, I'd lost 100. I hit my goal weight in September of 2012, and I've been maintaining every since - 132-136 down, depending on the day

Here I am with that same little munchkin, now 3.5, doing The Color Run:
