Hey guys,

I find it very difficult to eat all my net calories. I mostly eat around 1300 to 1400 calories, my goal on calories is 1360 kcal/day. However, when I work out I think it's hard to eat all those calories back. Is this a bad thing or should I not care about it too much? Many thanks guys and keep up the good work!

I know the feeling , but I think it's important to eat back at least most of your net calories for several reasons: 1) eating much less puts your healthy, steady weight loss at risk and 2) honestly, you feel like a million bucks when you've had enough to eat and your body can function properly. If you're having trouble eating what you need to eat to stay fueled for your workouts and life in general I would suggest finding some healthy foods that are higher in calories. Maybe cut down on the special low-fat, low calorie foods or eat fun foods like nuts, avacado, etc.

Find some cheap whey protein, mix it with water, drink it after exercise. In appropriate caloric amounts, of course.
