Ok...I'm stuck! I need more calories but I go over on the carbs, fat and protein. Is there anything out there to eat that is healthy calories without all the other? UGH

Alcohol is the only thing with calories, but no carbs, fat, or protein. I don't think that is the solution you're looking for.

Carbs, fat, and protein are the basic building blocks of all food. There is no other source of calories in food.

What are your carbs fat and protein set to?

There is no problem going over the protein if you are using MFP's default which is low.

If you are going to go over, I recommend going over in fat and protein. 1 gram of protein per lb of lean body mass is good. As someone said below, MFP has protein set low.

Ya...I don't drink, I have carbs left over. Thats why I said little carbs. I'm new at this and trying to get meals to fit my goals gets a tad frustrating. I don't want my body to be in a "starvation" mode. I have lots of calories left over, specially after exercising. Leaving little carbs to use and over or about even on fat and protein. I don't mind going over on protein, but not wanting to on the fat.

after exercising in a bit, I will still be over on carbs, fat and protein and will have calories to eat up. Hope this make sense!

The carbs/fat/protein are guidelines. You can set your own and many people do. Being a bit over/under is not at all a big deal.

There is no food without at least one of carbs, fat, protein. (not counting alcohol)
