Pilates tips anyone?

After I finished 30 Day Shred, I started Ripped in 30. I just moved on to the 3rd week and on some days it leaves me sore or sometimes like I haven't gotten a good enough work out for the day. I tried yoga in order to help stretch out after RI30 but absolutely hated it! So today I thought I'd try Pilates and I absolutely love it! It gives a good stretch and workout all in one. So I'm wondering, does anyone have any suggestions on a Pilates routine or Pilates DVD that I could incorporate into my workout routine?
