My friend linked me to this blog post after I told her that I was starting to become more and more obsessed with working out and tracking calories.

Interesting blog post. There's definitely something to be said about being obsessed with any type of ideal or body image.0

I'm impressed by her mindset, it takes dedication to get to where she was at, and a strong person to make the decision to stop it.
Funny how I never even considered health issues because of low body fat percentage. But then I don't think I run that risk...
Ever since I learned to use photoshop, I kind of laughed at ads and magazines. They are just not real. So the ideal to be skinny / in shape hasn't passed me by, but I don't think I take it as seriously as other people. And i already know at which point I am going to stop losing weight, be it marked by a size or weight.0
