Plateau !!!

If you have hit a plateau....


1. Keep working out progress your workout to more reps or more weight or something different
2. Fine tune your nutrition. Make very calorie count, stay at your intake number and keep an eye on your fat carb protein numbers. Maybe change up a few items
3. Stay focused you will push through.

I was stuck at 155 for a long time I got really frustrated and almost quit. I kept at it tying different things to help and here I am at 128.
