Trouble getting enough calories!

I am having trouble actually reaching my goal of calories! I always seem to be at about 800, unless I consume foods high in sugar or fat! Does anyone else have this problem? And if you reach your goals the healthy way, how do you do it?

    Hmm, maybe you could add some healthy fats like nut butters and advocados? When I need to up the calories I'll just add in a couple more mini meals throughout the day. Shakes also come in handy since it's a bit easier to get down and maybe snacking on small amounts of nuts throughout the day?
