Anyone up for critiquing my food diary entries? Im starting to wonder if I am eating the right portions of carbs/fats/proteins.....

My net daily goal is 1200
I go to the gym pretty much every day: lifting 3 days a week, HIIT 3 days a week, and running 3 days a week.
