I have never been a big drinker. However I enjoy to occasional Shiner Bock or glass of wine with a meal. Grilled foods and a good beer complement each other for this southern boy.
That being said, I have most definitely noticed a difference in the impact of a couple of beers after dropping 90 pounds. Used to be I felt no effect. Now I do.
When it occurred to me the relationship between the weight and it influencing alcohol consumption, it was kind of a "DUH!" moment.
Anyone else notice a difference?

I've noticed a difference in how much more some of my old friends had to drink for the same feeling as they gained more weight.0
