Summer Vacation

On June 9th I will be heading to the best for a family vacation with my bf's family. I have bigger weight loss goals but for the short term I want to be a size 10 by the June 9th deadline, which would right now require me to lose about 3 dress sizes. I have alittle added motivation because my bf just bought we an amazing vintage 1950s bathing suit. (Which just happens to be a size 10).

I work 30 hours a week and go to school and other days. I dont have a ton of free time but I am trying to get in an hour of good cardio between work shifts or before class.

I need some really good, concrete tips that you have seen make a difference. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much in advance.
