I am really needing help thinking of high calorie foods that are still good for you (apart from nuts they already on my list). Im trying to eat back my exercise calories or at least some of them but i am finding it so hard to as i am already eating heaps, maybe not heaps but defintley foods that fill you up so im finding it hard to shovel in more. I burn anywhere from 600-1500 cals a day and thats just with walkking down the street running errands, walking the dog of an afternoon and a 1/2 walk on the tready while the kids are asleep (my me time) so its nothing over strenous and i dont really wanna give any of them up.

Any ideas would be great!!!!

It depends on which Macro you want to use

If fats, you can certainly use Avocados (and nuts as you already do)
If carbs, nothing better than fruit
If protein, go Tuna or Fish

Greek Yogurt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I love to put a tablespoon of olive oil on my veggies.
