I am new to this dieting thing. I am recomended a 1200 calorie diet. This is my second day on this diet, but have the feeling of hunger all day. I believe that one of my prescriptions make me hungry. Is 1200 caliries actually enough for me?? I would love to lose 20 pounds by summer. Any suggestions???

1200 calories is absolutely sufficient IF you're eating the right foods... that's key.
I'm on a 900 calorie low-carb, protien-rich (not high protein) diet and believe it or not, I'm not suffering any hunger or cravings.
Cut the carbs, without cutting proteins, and you'll find an increase in energy and be better equipped to fight off hunger pangs.
GOOD luck to you on your journey!!
