Almonds, pecans, protein bars or even your better cereal bars. Fruits, raisins etc. Leave enough time in your day so you can have a munchie after your workout.0

Increase your fat intake.
Pistachios, almonds, peanut butter, almond butter and you can increase your calories by a lot. Whole fat foods (milk, cheese)0 -
My fitness pal trackers and calorie counters are standardised and dont know your body.
you know your body. you live in it. listen to what it's telling you.
if 1200 calories in a day makes you feel like vomiting, its not good for your body. your body is boss! you probably wantt o make sure you eat at least that much eventually. but ease yourself into it. dont push yourself hard. slow changes. congrats on making an effort to be healthier0 -

This. Have a glass of milk with breakfast. Handful of nuts with lunch. Bit of cheese with dinner. Spoonful of peanut butter before bed0 -
I totally know what you mean!! I'm supposed to be eating over 1700 calories and I can barely stomach 1000!!! frustrating. But, make sure you wake up early enough to have breakfast and just eat snacks throughout the day. That's what I do. By never really having a big meal, you're never super stuffed so you can eat again in an hour or two AND, then you get to basically eat around the clock :happy:0

If you have a weak stomach, but need to get in cals to stay healthy eat more dairy. Milk, cheese, yogurt, etc. all have probiotics that help your digestion plus they taste good. Just make sure that you check your labels on yogurt because some brands are infested with sugar! Good luck girlie hope this helps. :-)0

This is totally me too.
Try a glass of milk inbetween meals. Or even try one of those protein shakes.
Try fruit too, I was so suprised how much a banan bumps up my calories!
Good luck - you can do this!0 -
Eat healthy foods high in calories, nuts, avocado, lean meats. If you are eating lots of veggies....you have to eat ALOT to hit 1200 calories.0
