Just joined MFP today because I want to get serious about losing weight and getting into shape.

I am 23, 5'3" and started my weightloss journey at 173 and as of today I am 166. I want to get back down to at least 125 which is how much I weighed when I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child, my body has not been the same since I've had kids of course my metabolism isn't the same either which is why my eating habits weren't helping after I had my son. I was 146 when I went in to deliver my son and as I started losing weight 2 years later I then found out I was pregnant with my daughter and since then haven't made the effort to make a change.

But I'm here and I am more pumped and motivated to get my life together, to get healthier for the sake of my kids. I would like to make friends with anyone who can help keep me motivated to lose this weight!
