Lunch Ideas

I am home during the day, as I run a home childcare but I have also recently started lifting weights at the gym.
I am in need of some good lunch ideas. My usual has always been a turkey sandwich with veggies or a low carb
tortilla topped with chicken put under the broiler along with veggies. I am big on eating veggies, I like the fullness they
provide. What are some other lunch ideas? Please share yours

My fav is cottage cheese with a little bit of pepper and either a veggie wrap or a chicken wrap with lettuce and red onions. I am the type of person who needs a little crunch with their food, so crisp raw veggies are a great go to for me.0

Yesterday's lunch consisted of leftover chicken chow mein (homemade) over greens (didn't need a dressing as the chow mein had lots of flavour). Before that it was leftover chicken taco meat with quinoa over greens. I have lunch at work so it usually ends up being leftover dinner with salad greens (easy prep). Am learning how to make my favorite paninis (low-fat versions of course) at home, as the cafe where I usually get them is closing down.0

My new lunch staple: cooked chicken from Woolworths and a bag of lettuce (mixed or cos), add a few slices of avocado and a handful of cherry tomatoes. Really easy, yummy and low carb! Throw any extra in a tupperware container for salad or sandwhich the next day....0

I cook chicken breasts in advance and I'll use them in salads or wraps or simmer in sauces.
I also make myself a lot of talapia and just change up the seasonings.
I run a daycare too.0 -
My favorite lunch is a salad consisting of 3 cups of baby spinach, 1 grilled chicken breast chopped into the salad, a sprinkle of shaved parmesan, and topped with 2 Tbsp of fat-free Italian dressing. Sometimes, I'll even add a handful of peanuts and a dab of Sriracha. Mmm, so yummy.0
