My original goal weight was 130, I hit that and still had a big belly. I put a few pounds on over Christmas and pretty much gave up. Over Jan and Feb I dropped 2 pounds but wasn't logging my food. I started properly again this week and weighed in last night, one week of MFP and I have lost 1 and 1/4 pounds. I have now changed my goal weight to 125. I have a very small frame so I think 125 will be about right for me, I just need to get rid of the belly! We'll see at 125!
