    It's officially been a year since I started using MFP, and since then I've lost 115 lbs. When I started on 3/21/11, I weighted 303lbs and my original goal was 80lbs. Here's a quick before and after picture I put together.

    Before: 303 lbs
    Current: 188 lbs
