Hi all, I started 2 days ago and have around 25-30 pounds to lose all together. My problem is weekends where beer wine and good food all come into play! Would love some friends for some extra motivation :-)

Right there with you. I'm pretty good about the food choices I make, but never really realized or let myself acknowledge the empty calories I was consuming with beer and wine, especially on the weekends. 6 good beers and there goes my daily calorie allowance for the day. I just joined but love the awareness that I’ve gained with this site and the app. It forces me to take control. Could be a little addicting! Could use all the friends and support I can get!0
