Just signed up today. Will need alot of support from you guys as I am not very self-disciplined but am very motivated. My goal is to get off of most, if not all, the synthetic drugs I have been taking due to my being overweight. I currently weigh 282 lbs and am looking to lose 2 lbs per week. I 've been overweight since my second pregnancy in 1974 and have done everything out there to try to lose weight. I now know that there is no magic pill to do this. It is done strictly thru healthy diet and exercise. this free planner will be my tool to help me.
