totally screwed up today its like past midnight... im starving because i didnt separate my calories very well (i have like 700 left which includes my workout calories)... so do i eat or wait till the morning... ?

Sleep is as important as food. I suggest you write it off and hit the fart sack. Start fresh tomorrow!0

I suggest a compromise between bigjimmy and elisabat. Find a snack...eat it....then head to bed.0

This is late advice, but first, try some water. I used to wake up starving at night, and really, all I was was thirsty. Second, if you're hungry, eat. Listen to your body. I know if I leave too many calories or don't eat enough, I'm more likely to binge the next day. I'd rather eat a small snack at midnight, then binge. But that's me. Maybe that's not an issue for you.0
