Smashed it!

Today was a little scale victory for me!

I have been hovering in the 8.5-9.5kg mark for about 4-5 weeks and the hurdle of 10kg just seemed unsurmountable !
Last week I got to 9.9kg and whilst I was feeling great the 10kg was still feeling out of reach.

But I am happy to report that after sitting just under and stressing that I still wouldn't get there, today, I DID IT!
Not only did I get to the 10kg, I actually smashed it out of the park and am now down 11.6kg!

I feel on top of the world and am looking forward to the 20kg mark, my next goal!

I felt really focused this week but also had the threat of my trainer telling me that if that 100g was not gone, I would have to do an outdoor (yuk) running (yuk) session on the hills (yukker still)
Fear is a wonderful motivator!!!!
