Hi,
I'm new and I can't seem to find where I read about upping calories to loose. I just changed my goal from loosing 1 pound a week to 2 and it gave me less calories. When I first signed up, I had 1350 calories, now I have1200. So what do I need to do? Should I say loose 1/2 pound a week or go back to the 1 pound and eat more calories? If so, then how do I track the correct amount for Carbs, Fats and Proteins? I try to eat up all or at least half my earned calories back.
So someone "Splain it Lucy" LOL (c:
