Trying to Find myself

Hello everyone, I am not really knew here, I am Ginger...but have been recently released from my dr to start back at the gym. I am hoping this helps with all of my stress. I have so much going on in life. I feel like I do not stop from the moment I get up until the moment I lay down, I sleep 6-7 hours and Its time to do it all over again. I feel like life is a big race for me. Hopefully I can find a moment to stop and think before I eat and begin to loose weight and keep it off. I only want to loose 10-15lbs, but food is my comfort...

Any motivation or advice you guys have would be greatly appreciated. I do not feel like myself and I just want to be that girl again. :)

    Feel free to add me :) Just make sure you stop long enough to think about yourself. That was my biggest problem..i was so busy doing everything for everyone else along the way i forgot about me. It's been a hard habit to break, But I am definitely worth it. Please don't forget that you are too :)
