In the Beginning . . .
God created everything.
And he asked us to give him the best fats during sacrificial ceremonies.
(Check the Old Testament if you think I'm kidding)
And now, fats are no longer the "best."
They are downright sinful, according to man. Sucks, don't it? :sad:
This is the beginning of my third day. I'm grouchy.:grumble:
But I am happy too? (hmmm, no emotacon for confused. . . )
You know what? It's all good.
In moderation.
I'm not on a diet; I am in "Moderation Training!"

Good attitude, its a lifestyle change. You will be much happier and healthy! And maybe God meant good fats like almonds and such lol
