I am on my journey to lose these 30/40 pounds of post prego weight...I'm 11 pounds down and stuck......Knowing me, I need to see continued results or I lose motivation....what can I do to jumpstart. I want to be under 200 pounds by end of May ....and my first 11 pounds came off fast......suggestions for a "re-jumpstart"?

Tried to check your diary to see what kind of food you are eating and how much you are exercising, but it's locked. Can you share some more details about what you are doing now?0

I do 1300-1500 calories a day , lower carb(when possible) . Dont eat after 7 pm.....I enjoy my main meal of the day aroung 4/5 pm and pretty much eat healthy but whatever I want at that time (dinner with family) e.g., whole wheat pasta , etc.
In the past I have "calorie shifted"....1 day I eat 1100 calories, 1 day 1300 and that usually jump starts me....but my body is responding different0 -
I've lost 22 since Jan 8th. I eat 6 times a day about every 3-4 hours. eating small but more frequent meals will help increase your metabolism. And I never worry about how late I eat, I find that if I eat an hour or so before bed(snack) that I am not nearly as hungry when I get up which decreases my morning binge! :happy:0

I ordered the FitBit last week and have been using it for just a couple of days, but I can't believe what a difference it makes in motivating me to get off my butt! I work for UPS early mornings, but then I come home to work in the office running my husband's business. I make myself get up often to refill my water bottle (walking upstairs to the other kitchen just to log more steps). It's a boost to see my numbers climb and even better when I hit my daily goal of 10,000 steps! It's not hard to do at all. You just find yourself deliberately moving to gain more steps. AND the bonus is that the more activity you log, the more calories you get to eat! FitBit links up to MyFitnessPal so it's really easy to use. I've tried a lot of pedometers, but this one actually works! It's a little pricey, but well worth it. Let us know how you do! Hope this helps. Good luck!0
