  • hi! my mum's classic recipe is super simple:
    2 tbsp ketchup
    2 tbsp vinegar
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp oil

mix together, brush on and oven bake. delicious!
it also works well on chicken/turkey/pork steaks if you let them marinade for a bit before grilling :)

I like to do something like a dry rub. In a small bowl, mix up a couple dashes each: cumin, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, mexican oregano. Sprinkle over your chicken wings or parts and throw 'em on a lightly greased grill. The chicken fat / oils cook out, so don't worry about them coming out all dry on the outside. These are flavorful and really easy to make.

    Honey Curry Chicken wings

    8 whole chicken wings rinsed
    1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup I can't believe its not butter melted
    1/4 cup grey poupon
2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
    1 Tablespoon Curry Powder
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2/3 cup onions, diced
    black pepper (optional)
    parsley (garnish)

Marinate the chicken for 4 hrs or over night then bake or grill . If you bake them and want to baste them reserve some of the marinade before adding the raw chicken...discard the used marinade..They changed my life!!!!

Try McCormicks Bag-n-Seasoning for wings. Really, really good.
