I used to eat South Beach "Diet" Pepperoni Pizza. It was a solid 31 grams protein, easy to make(microwave, bang), and killed my desire for pizza. While this hasn't been AS big of a deal to no longer have, I still find myself wishing this Lean Cuisine had more protein and in general was a bit better for me. I was hoping you guys would be able to lead me to a possible solution. I want a high protein pizza, and the SBD one tasted just fine for me. Are there healthy make it yourself options out there that I can look at to do try and make this happen? I'd REALLY appreciate the help here. This used to be such a staple for me after a work out and while I have adapted, I still could use it. Thank you so much!

(Yes, I know that the pizzas aren't THAT great for you, but it filled a lot of my needs in a form that made me very happy to eat it. Being picky SUCKS.)

    Try Kashi Pizza.
I can eat half of one and its only about 400 calories.
    All natural too.

Bagel pizza- (or those sandwich thins or a pita you get the idea)

spoonfull of sauce (with flavorless protein powder mixed in), cheese and some meat on top (any meat doesn't have to be pepperoni). Microwave till cheese melts- eat.

to save time- chop 'roni into small pieces. Stir together sauce, shredded cheese, protein powder and 'roni bits. Spoon new mixture onto bread item and then microwave.
