I need to lose my gut and hate to exercise.

    Sorry. All I know to use is good food and exercise. When you say you hate to exercise, does that mean just the gym environment, or do you hate running/sports/biking/etc.?

    Sorry to tell you but good eating habits and exercise. Otherwise you'll have to take supplements for the rest of your life.
