Lost 11 lbs 3 weeks using App. Love it!!

Hi everyone. I am so happy to have been introduced to this app. It has really put me on track and keep me focused. I started working out and eating better as of January 19th, was losing weight, but a very slow pace. Averaging 1 to 2 lbs a week. But since I started this app, I am about 3 lbs per week. Very happy with the process. Lost 25lbs total, another 25lbs and I will be at my weight before I had my first child in 15 years ago. Staying focused and motivated. :-)
