Needing alternatives to "well done" and "great job"!

I feel like a stuck record, and like I don't mean it, when I keep writing variations of "well done" on posts.
So far I have
"well done"
"great job"
"good work"
"lovely"
"nice!"
"nice one!"
"woah" "wow" for massive calorie burns!
"excellent"
"nice going"
and variations there of....
Random thought: why do we write "great work" or "good job", does that imply it was "work" and a chore?
Having a random moment at work, I'm not genuinely looking for a tick list or something here! Just commenting that when I try and sound genuine, after a while, it comes across as fake.

no, i think we do it because it shows that we are actually active on here and taking an interest in our friends' activities
even just somebody commenting on my post makes me realise that my friends' are seeing what i'm doing and have taken a few seconds (some take a whole lot longer and i'm very grateful!) just to acknowledge the effort i'm putting in to my health
i can understand your point though....with diaries i always try and see if i can advise a little, or, just to say "wow, i wish i'd eaten that xD" (mainly because often i do see things and it makes me hungry ;p)
with exercise posts it's harder but if you feel it's not genuine, then don't write anything would be my advice0 -
just be you, and show some personality.
i try to say something different to each person, it's inevitable I will repeat myself a 1000 times. I like to say 'huzzah!' or 'go go go, go shorty it's your birfday' and what not
just keep it fresh with some personality0 -

I'm clearly a very dull girl  :laugh:0 -
try these:
is that all you could manage
that was rubbish
must try harder
All you can eat buffet
*kitten*
that effort does not warrant a response
Cleaning - really?
WTF?
Oh I see you ate your exercise calories - and mine
Yes, I only have 1 friend.... they ignore me!
Anyway, did someone say all you can eat buffet?0 -
Not to be vulgar, but I've found that any varient of "HELL YEAH!" works great.0

I like to think in terms of rewards, non food related rewards that is. If I complete this than I get a massage on Sunday.
Enjoy!0 -

I usually say exactly what I'm thinking. Which is usually along the lines of "Awwwww yeeeeeea lift dem weights! woooo!" Or something like that.
Yes I have coffee everyday. Yes I am sensitive to caffeine. Yes I am totally weird.
But hey at least I'm sincere/honest. :P0 -
