how to re-vamp eating habits without money?

I have two main problems:
1) I am not a very good cook. I can usually follow a recipe, but when it comes to "throwing things together", I am terrible.
2) I have zero money to put towards food. I moved back home with my parents so I can pour every penny I have into paying off my debt. I have the food in my mom's kitchen (which I have a hard time using because I'm not good at "throwing things together"), and i also allow myself $10-20 per week to get things like salmon and chicken and rice, etc.
I have been eating the same things over and over and over again for the last few weeks - hard boiled eggs with whole wheat toast/peanut butter for breakfast, string cheese and an apple for snack, chicken or salmon and brown rice for lunch, planters nut packets and cottage cheese for snack, etc. etc. etc. All healthy foods, and I have been losing weight - but if I see another hard boiled egg or another nut packet or another piece of string cheese, i am going to VOMIT.
So, my question is - how do I re-vamp my eating habits without spending much money or being very good at cooking?
Thanks

snack on cucumbers with lemon; sautee red/yellow bell peppers and throw in steamed broccoli, buy mixed salad and throw in some grilled chicken with avocado; snack more on fruit (apples, pears)0

1. Shop around at different stores for sales (and stock up on things that have long shelf-lives and can be frozen)
2. Take advantage of coupons and store deals
3. Take a field trip to ethnic stores/farmers markets/etc. in the area for inexpensive healthy foods not found in your typical grocery store
4. Invest in spices to change up the flavor of basic chicken/fish and vegetables0 -
Stop using "I'm not a very good cook" as an excuse, for one, and start with some basic recipes and learn.
I wasn't a very good cook a year ago, either. I picked up a few cook books at thrift stores and started with a couple super basic recipes and mastered them. Learning 1 or 2 things is really eye opening in the kitchen. I eventually learned how to throw things together and now I'm a somewhat decent cook.
Another thing you can do is go to the farmers market. Produce is generally way cheaper so you get a bigger bang for your buck.
Maybe make a resolution go to go the farmers market this week and get one new fruit and one new veg and find one recipe for each this week to master.0
