What do I do with calories left?

So the only thing I have not put in for my day is dinner. My kids are having left over pizza from their fundraiser we had last night. But I am not. However, I have 800 calories still left! What do I eat that's healthy for dinner and still get close to that number? I was going to try to work out too but depends on how long my homework takes me. But 800?!?!?! Help! LOL

For today I wouldn't force yourself to have exactly 800 calories at dinner. I would get close to that 500-600 maybe and then tomorrow focus on eating more earlier during the day. I don't think that the left over calories from today will have a huge impact on you for just one day just don't make it a habit. I try to limit dinner to 500 calories and eat a larger breakfast and medium sized lunch with many snacks along the way.

What is your daily goal? When I have days like that I just make sure I get to 12-1300 and just take the deficit.

Why wouldn't you eat some pizza if you have 800 calories? Makes no sense to me.

I would eat 2 slices of pizza. there's the 800 calories spent, easy.

eta: if you're going to work out, you'll have even more calories for dinner. Have some pizza!

The answer is obvious - pizza.

Cause I actually don't want pizza. LOL I know weird right? And I normally have a bigger breakfast than what I had this morning but I was running late and my lunch was already made. So I just went with what I had. My goal daily is 1400 so if I at least get to 600 I'll be okay. :) I was thinking maybe a veggie egg white omelet maybe.

There are plenty of healthy meals for 800 calories, just because it's high calorie doesn't mean it's unhealthy. Olive oil on pasta with meat sauce? Even a PB&J with banana can get close if you do it right.

Well I did, however I woke up late and my daughter was having some issues otherwise I would have made breakfast and ate it at home. Then I would have had a 300-400 calorie breakfast! :) My lunch was already done for the day so I knew that.

Use the egg yolks, and maybe have some toast/butter with it should bring it up a lot

You can always check out my diary, I was looking at my just over 700 calories that I'll have left over for dinner thinking, "Damn, is that all that's left, like for the whole evening and everything?!?"
