pumpkin smoothie!

this is a great recipe that gives u lots of health benefits and you can even cover the pumpkin flavor upp if its too much:

half or so can of pumpkin mix filling

any amount of lowfat granola

any kind of fruit fresh or frozen (ive used rasberries and bananas)

cinamon, nutmeg.....milk.....

and then top it off by eating it with lowfat graham crackers......


Meal in itself...!
