Hey y'all. I just got my EZ gym in Friday. I've done the "workout" that is on the DVD that came with it. The DVD really isn't that great. I would like to know you y'all have any suggestions for me. I have that c-section flappy-flap tummy that I'm trying so desparately to tone. Is it even possible?!

Well first, good for you for investing in your health.

Using resistance is really good for your bones.

I would look at this web site
    http://exercise.about.com/library/bltotalresistancebeginners.htm

I use a lot of their routines and ideas.

Use you muscles to know if you are doing the move correctly. Stop if you feel pain.
If you have another person in the house, ask them to touch the muscle you are supposed to be useing and tell you if it is contracting. You can correct incorrect form this way.

This is just what I have learned along the way.

    Good luck and have fun!

Great! Thanks! I'm also thinking about getting Slim in 6. I have a treadmill that I run on, the Malibu Pilates Chair I do faithfully, the EZ Gym...You think I'm going overboard? :blushing:
