I found this site (link above) and decided to mess around with it a bit. I was wondering if anyone out there thought it was accurate or even close? or should I just forget the site and not use it to determine how many calories I burn during my ballet classes (:

I would HIGHLY suggest investing in an HRM. I know they're spendy, but if you watch Woot.com you can get one for $20 when it's on there. That's what I did. It's fantastic0

IME every site has exercises where they over-estimate my calories compared to my HRM and others where they under-estimate it.0
