Hello all, I'm new to fitnesspal, my name in Jenna and I am 18 years old. I'm determined to be healthy and strong in life, and recently I've noticed its not the greatest way to do that by eating a bunch of junk and sitting around all the time.
I enjoy video games, movies and reading and all of those things involve sitting, so if I add a healthy diet and move around enough and more then usual I should be good right? Because I will not give up anything I love :P just add more to the list!
My friend told me about this website so I looked it up and joined, and I think it will help me a lot

I have been on here since August, and have logged Every Single Day. You will see that as you log, you pay more attention to the choices you make. Now, I am not saying that I haven't had pizza, fries, or even the occasional Sprinkles Cupcake, but when I do eat those things, it's because I have made the choice, and I don't over do it. Moderation and Movement are key.
