    Well I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has a hard time making my cals. If I'm not hungry, I'm not going to eat. It just doesn't make any sense....

    I agree that you shouldn't have to eat a ton of food to "up" your calories. What most people do who eat more calories is add some kind of nut or healthy oil. 24 almonds is 163 calories. That's not a whole lot of almonds to eat, and they're tasty. They pack an excellent punch in the healthy fats category and give your body not only good calories for fuel but good fats for your joints, heart, etc.

    You don't have to eat a whole lot more to reach your daily minimum, just throw in some nuts or some lean protein and your body will thank you for it. :flowerforyou:
