New Game Plan?

So after reading a floppity-gillion posts on how increasing your calories can help you lose weight, I've come to the conclusion that a NET of 1200 is not enough and I'm going to slowly increase my intake. I calculated my BMR at 1437 and TDEE at 1724. So I'm thinking what I want to do is slowly up the calories (maybe 50 calories every week or two) until my NET is 1465, which is 15% of my TDEE.
Does that make sense to all of you out there that have has success with this method? Any advice?
Some stats (incase they are helpful)

Sounds perfect to me! Just don't let scale fluctuations knock you off course! :flowerforyou:0

That's gonna be my biggest challenge.. I weigh myself everyday (but only record on Sundays) because it's neat to see how my weight fluctuates during the weeks... but I always get upset when it's higher. lol. Self-sabotage? Most likely!0
