This time I'm going to do it!

I'm going to weigh in April 1st. That's the day I am going to fully begin my weight loss journey :) I have around 25 pounds to lose, depending on how much I weigh. I THINK I weigh 160 but I could be wrong. I haven't weighed myself since I was pregnant which was over 6 months ago. My plan is to start eating healthy (no magic diets or shakes) and be active every day. I plan to take my son and dog for a long walk every day plus do the UFC trainer at home. No time for the gym so I'll have to make do with home work outs!! I just looked at myself the other day and realized that if I don't change now, I'm never going to stop gaining weight!
