Is it normal to feel like losing my 3lbs is all just some fluke and my weight will shoot back up at my next weigh in? No matter what, I feel like its a fluke...

If you truly believe it's a fluke, then it will be. I truly believe that. If you believe that it's real and you'll continue to lose, then you will. You can really shape your results based on your mindset. To me, a loss is a loss, no matter what. Even if it's just water weight, or real, it's a loss and that matters! Believe in yourself, and think thin!0

3lbs is within your normal water weight fluctuation...
you will FOREVER wonder if you really lost 3 lbs, or if its just an odd weigh in.
just keep at it, and eventually even though you're wondering about the 3lbs still you're down near your goal.0
