Hi everyone! Today's my 22nd birthday, and I was determined to make a treat that was delicious and healthy! I created a semi-homemade Lemon Angel Food Cupcake, with a Strawberry Center, and Vanilla glaze.
It's hard to believe, but a single cupcake with icing included is only 111 calories and 2 g fat!
