Suggestions?!

Hi Everyone, I am pretty new to MFP and have only been tracking my exercise and food intake for a week now. I could really use some suggestions from anyone about what other things I can eat throughout the day. I tend to eat three or four servings of fruit a day and one or two servings of veggies but I am having trouble finding healthy choices to keep my net intake up to 1200 calories. My diary is public so if anyone would mind taking a look and giving some advice I would really appreciate the help! I am on a college campus from 9am to about 3pm every day and then work two jobs. I have recently started bringing a healthy lunch everyday and go to the gym(cardio and strength training) 6 days a week but I feel like it cant be good to live off of fruit everyday. Thanks!

Eat breakfast! Get some protein in first thing in the morning. Add a greater variety of fruits and vegetables to your meals. Add healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, or natural nut butters.0

I say this in a supportive manner. Do you have issues with eating or an eating disorder?
One thing I noticed from your diary is that you aren't eating "meals." Even busy people on the go can find time to eat a full meal. A sandwich and a healthy side. A chicken breast and some veggies. Even a frozen Lean Cuisine and a side salad.
A quick breakfast of scrambled egg whites and avocado takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. Make an effort to have some chicken, turkey or other protein at every meal.
Try to casually plan out meals and make sure you have the ingredients at home so they are readily available for you.0 -
Protein shakes are easy and full of nutrition. Great for on the go too. I make mine in the morning and take it to work with me. Sometimes I bring another one and keep it in the fridge at work.0

I dont have an eating disorder but for the last two years I have been eating very unhealthy foods and have not really exercised. I am trying very hard to change that but I think I am going about it the wrong way. I have been eating fruits and veggies, about one serving every two hours but then I am always hungry and not getting nearly enough calories. I tried actually making a substantial meal at least 3 times a day since I saw your post and it is so much more satisfying then the way I was eating. I also feel like I have so much more energy at the gym. Thanks for the advice!0
