Cyclists survival pack

I've not cycled outside regularly for any distance since I was in school and that was, shall we say a fair few years ago. I got my mountain bike fixed up last year, new brakes, cables etc and would really like to take advantage of this lovely weather.

So I thought I'd ask my fellow MFPers what they would include in their cycle survival pack to ensure they don't get stuck miles away having to push their bike home

All the tools will be useless if you don't know how to change a flat. Youtube has some pretty good videos, but nothing will work better than trial and error.

With that being said, items that are a must:
-a spare tube
-money
-two to three tire levers
-a c02 cartdridge with appropriate nozzle
-a repair kit for patching items
-a multitool meant for bikes

Thanks guys. I have the multitool and repair kit just need the few extras and a bit practice on changing flats and I'm good to go
